Shipping & Returns
We ship worldwide from Germany. Please check your basket for costs to your country. German postage is 5.5 EUR for one item and extra 2 EUR for additional items.
How long will delivery take?
We aim to dispatch orders within 3-4 working days. We will get in touch with you if your item is likely to take any longer. We use DHL service so you are able to track the progress of your delivery . You will receive the tracking number together with the shipping confirmation at your email account. If you are in a rush for your item or need it for a specific date or occasion, please drop us an email at email@example.com and we’ll do our best to help!
We hope that you are pleased with your purchase! If for some reason you wish to return an item, contact us within 14 days of delivery at firstname.lastname@example.org We will send you a return address and issue a refund via your method of payment.
